My girlfriend's ex-husband was ordered to pay monthly spousal support for 2 years. He paid for the first year then he only paid twice time this year. I do not have the resources to file paperwork. he has re-married, and has his own contactor's license so he can not be garnished. I need help to tell me what to do? Thank you for your help!
