hello all,
there are criminal charges for harming my son on me. I'm now undergoing treatment for previously undiagnosed clinical depression.
The local media published my son's name in their news story. but since my son was a victim, his identity can be revealed. so, I thought it was illegal to reveal the identity of a minor. Can I sue them for doing this?
any idea? thanx!
