hi there, i found this info thst the BBB is a private business organization and a Franchise system. also has lousy file keeping and reporting capabilities.
also it utilizes its supposed status to be hunting small and mid-sized businesses for huge yearly fees and isn't consistent in how much they will charge and have no protocols whatsoever.
