can anyone pls tell me if 3500 weekly is a SCAM or not?

i won't term anything as a scam just based on any rumours. Their program isn't something very good, but probably not a scam. I have not tested it, but their claims sound bit extra-ordinary.

i guess there are many other better programs and 3500weekly.com
